This is a solvent free sealant, which makes it safer for you as there are no nasty fumes. The lack of solvents is also much better for the planet. It sets quickly, forming a skin in just ten minutes. It's long lasting and it's also got built in resistance to mould for added protection in warm, humid environments. So as well as being dependable, it will also stay looking good. • For general sealing in bathrooms and kitchens • Skins over in 10 minutes • Resistant to chemicals • Waterproof • Solvent free • Mould and mildew resistant • +/- 25% flexibility - low modulus of elasticity allows the joints to stretch and flex • Thermal range of -40°C to +180°C • Very low environmental emissions • Interior and exterior use • Coverage: up to 12 linear metres per cartridge • Complements and colour co-ordinates with the Mapei grout range
