Multi-Purpose, Highly Flexible, Waterproof Construction Adhesive & Sealant. Used For: - Part of an EAD-certified system with BAL Waterproof 1C to ensure NHBC-compliant shower and wet-room installations when sealing pipe penetrations. - Refixing/bonding tiles to walls or floors including in swimming pools, fountains and other wet areas making it ideal for minor repairs and alterations. - Bonding sanitary ware to tiled surfaces. - Sealing around baths, sinks or other perimeter joints and sealing gutter cracks. - Bonding a wide range of materials to a wide range of backgrounds for general construction purposes such as bonding skirting boards, dado rails, architrave, kick plates, carpet grippers, aluminium and rigid PVC stair nosing, edge trims and door plates. - Adhering metal boxes in chases, plastic conduits to walls, or adhering metal trunking. Key Features: - High initial grab. - Extremely flexible and shrinkage-free. - Provides long-lasting, extremely strong bond with most material types including wood, metal, concrete, ceramic and plastic. - It can be applied underwater or in internal or external areas. - Excellent resistance to UV, weathering and ageing. - Fully waterproof seal. - Can be painted. - Solvent-free and low odour.
